About Me

I have a Masters in Therapeutic Arts Practice from MIECAT, Melbourne. I have worked with adolescents in Education and tailored programs to assist socially isolated students. Trained in Cognitive Coaching and Re-Evaluation Counselling, I have over ten years experience working with others to deepen their understanding of themselves. I have a passion for helping people realise their full potential and prioritise wellbeing through creative expression. Creativity is not an elite gift for a chosen few, but an inherent part of the human condition and available as insight to us all.

I am also a practising artist and professional supervisor.
